The economy is turning around; exciting pre-owned vehicles are arriving daily, people are buying cars in record numbers and as the largest volume pre-owned dealer in New Hampshire we have two immediate openings in our pre-owned sales department.
This position requires a professional and personable appearance, excellent communication and presentation skills, proven integrity as well as the demonstrated ability to build relationships and work with a diverse customer base. Moderate computer fluency needed; bi-lingual a huge plus! The ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays mandatory.
Highly desired is a sales background, especially in the auto industry, however, we are willing to train, if you show a minimum of two year’s job experience which reflects growth and achievement in a chosen profession.
The winning candidates will be trained by the Dealership to enhance their sales background by becoming experts in pre-owned selling including advanced presentation skills, locating the appropriate vehicles, negotiation, delivery specifications and other information to ensure that customers are highly satisfied with the service received at our dealership.
Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
1) 30-40% of the commissionable gross.
2) Aged Unit Bonus (paid in addition to the 30-40% commission) equivalent $1 per day in stock
3) Financing, warranty and insurance incentive bonus’s
4) Unit volume bonus’s ; 10 units = $1000.00 ~ 15 units = $1500.00 ~ 20 units = $2000.00 (paid in addition to the 30-40% commission)
5) Top Individual Gross Bonus; 5% additional paid on the entire commissionable gross achieved.
6) Top Individual Unit Bonus; 5% additional to all of the above
7) Hat trick bonus; (3 sold in any one day) $100.00 additional to all the above
8) Random weekend cash bonus incentives
